This page covers the Techiya.in student portal — the web app and the Techiya.in Android/iOS app. By creating an account or using Techiya.in, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Who this is for
Techiya.in is a companion portal for IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) distance-learning students, providing study material, previous year questions, assignment questions, solved assignments, and a live grade card view, organized to your course and current semester. Techiya.in is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by IGNOU.
2. Eligibility & your account
You must be an IGNOU student (enrolled or prospective) to create an account, and provide accurate signup information — including a real enrolment number and course. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Plans & payments
Techiya.in currently offers a Free plan. Paid plans (unlocking solved assignments and project guidance) are planned for a future update — pricing, billing terms, and a refund policy will be published here before that feature goes live. No payment is currently collected.
4. Content
Study material, previous year questions, assignment questions, and solved assignments are provided for reference and exam preparation. They're not official IGNOU material, and we don't guarantee they're complete, current, or error-free — always cross-check against IGNOU's own resources for anything that matters academically. Content is for your personal use; don't redistribute, resell, or publicly repost anything you download from Techiya.in.
5. Grade card
The grade card shown in Techiya.in is pulled from IGNOU's own public grade-lookup system, refreshed only when you request it (not a live feed). It's a convenience view, not an official record — your official grade card is whatever IGNOU itself issues. We're not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or unavailability on IGNOU's end.
6. Acceptable use
Don't: share your account with others, attempt to bypass access controls or scrape the service, use automated tools to create accounts, upload or submit anything illegal or infringing, or interfere with other students' use of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
7. No warranty
Techiya.in is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability for something that can't legally be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes (e.g. when paid plans launch). We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do — continued use after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
